EYC Club Policy (Updated February 1, 2017)

VI. PARKING/TOWING ENFORCEMENT

Parking in the EYC parking lot is limited to vehicles with a current EYC sticker on the lower left corner of the windshield and to designated parking spots. Parking must not block access to the marina for EYC’s marina tenants. Parking is not allowed in the loading zone reserved for marina tenants or in the dry slip areas. This policy is in effect at all times and applies to all events and activities, including sailing regattas, weddings, business meetings, etc. The only time that a sticker is not required is during non-holiday weekdays before 5 p.m. solely to accommodate EYC so that the Club may facilitate its weekday room rental business. Vehicles not complying with the above policy are subject to being towed without notice.

Each Junior, Associate, Voting, and Senior Member receives one free parking sticker. Additional stickers are available from the Club Business Office for $10. If a vehicle has been sold, or replacement of a valid sticker is needed, the old sticker should be removed with a razor blade and brought/mailed to the Club Business Office for a free replacement.

The following are authorized to contact and order a tow from EYC’s contracted towing company: Executive Board members, Club Manager, Office Manager, Marina and Building & Grounds Committee Chairs, and EYC staff.

Welcome to EYC

Not your traditional blue blazer club, EYC is built on activity, on the water and ashore. Our members are involved in a diverse range of boating activities, supported by social events and strong camaraderie. Known for our million-dollar view of the Severn River and Annapolis, EYC also is recognized in the Chesapeake Bay region and beyond as a club capable of managing major championship regattas, Friday night Beer Can races, and everything in between, as well as providing great social networking for cruising, parties, and charity events. It’s all about life on the water, and all about fun.
