About EYC

From its inception the Eastport Yacht Club has sought to achieve five goals.

In the original invitation to charter members the Steering Committee stated those goals to be:

  • To promote and encourage the pleasures of sailing
  • To expand and modernize the concept of Corinthian Yachting
  • To develop and sustain interest in watercraft of all types
  • To sponsor races among sailing yachts
  • To further the enjoyment of yachting in Eastport and the world
