December 2, 2011Well it's Friday and no sight of the bulldozers. I forgot to ask which Friday they were expected to be here. The permits are posted, the city's tree hugger has kissed them goodbye, all we are waiting for is the installation of silt fences.
November 30, 2011It has taken us 5 long years, the work of Ken Malley, Carey Kirk and their committees, 5 separate Executive Boards, 7 votes of the Membership, 2 General Managers to get us here but we have arrived. We will see the first phase of our Land Development project start with the razing of the Paape and Erkmann Houses
November 18, 2011The Trailers are coming! The trailers are coming! After fits and starts we have a date for the trailers to show up. They will be here right after Thanksgiving. We will have two weeks to get them in place, tied down and ready to rock and roll.

Great News yesterday!The Club received the grading and demolition permits for the Paape and Erkmann properties. All that needs to be done is establish the tree protection zones and the sediment control boundaries to begin the work. We are meeting with the City today
November 13, 2011I must admit that I was disappointed with the lack of a quorum at the Annual Meeting yesterday. Disappointed for the many volunteers who gave up their free time to create the reports, graphs and information that was shared with the members who did take the time for show up.
