Paddle Board Classes
Kate Grove is a certified fitness and yoga instructor that has taught classes throughout Annapolis for the last twelve years. She has trained exercise enthusiasts and athletes in core strength, cardio conditioning, endurance and flexibility. In the last year, she became a PaddleFit Level 2 Instructor, Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Instructor and certified by the World Paddle Association for Water Safety. Her SUP classes focus on SUP paddling technique, core strength, balance and fun.

Join Kate Grove, certified SUP Yoga instructor on the water. It's a great way to improve balance, gain core strength, and connect with nature. Yoga on a SUP brings a whole new perspective to being fully present in the moment. Yoga postures on the water create a new challenge requiring full awareness, acceptance of mother nature and of course a sense of humor!
