HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
 
I understand and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the EASTPORT YACHT CLUB and all others organizing this parade from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and actions including attorney fees, resulting from or arising out of this parade except, however, such as may be caused by or arising out of negligence or unauthorized acts on the part of Eastport Yacht Club members and officers.
 
In submitting this registration form, including information regarding insurance and releases of liability, I acknowledge and represent that I am authorized to do so.
 
By the signature below I hereby certify that there is insurance coverage on the vessel for this event.
